Statguard® ESD Modular Carpet Tiles |
Statguard® ESD Carpet Tiles create a world class work environment with a modern look, possessing significant sound absorbent and acoustics qualities. The carpet has anti-fatigue properties and is easy to clean and maintain, with significant lower maintenance costs. Statguard® ESD Carpet Tiles are slip resistant and come with a 15 year limited wear warranty and lifetime dissipation warranty.
Applications include: Office and administration environments, data processing centers, engineering labs, electronics manufacturers - assembly, test, kitting and inspection, communication centers such as: fire, police, emergency and Air Traffic Control (see product details for our environmental attributes). |

Statguard® ESD Rubber Tiles |
|
The 3.5-mm thick rubber tile is one meter square in size. The product has a hammered finish with anti-fatigue qualities, high abrasion resistance, sound absorbence, slip resistance, and heat and chemical resistance. Statguard® ESD Rubber Tiles also have a 15 year limited wear warranty, lifetime dissipation warranty, and offer a reduction in maintenance costs. It is ideal for high traffic / high wear areas.
Statguard® Flooring also offers a 2.0-mm rubber tile which is 24" square. It has many of the same features of the 3.5-MM product. It is ideal for medium traffic areas and a good choice for raised flooring applications. |
Statguard® ESD Pure Vinyl Tiles |
Statguard® ESD Pure Vinyl Tile creates an ESD protected floor that is resistant to chemicals and is guaranteed to maintain its
properties for the life of the floor. Installed using conductive adhesive, copper foil strips and properly grounded electrostatic
charges are removed to ground.
Statguard® ESD Pure Vinyl Tile meets the recommended range for ESD Floor of Table 1 of ANSI/ESD S20.20 and is
designed to be low tribocharging (antistatic), and dissipative (able to provide a path-to-ground to remove electrostatic
charges). "ESD protective flooring, used with approved footwear, may be used as an alternative to the wrist strap system for
standing operations." (ANSI/ESD S20.20 section 6.2.2.2)
Our Statguard® ESD Pure Vinyl Tiles come with a 10 year limited wear warrenty and a life time warrenty on the electricals. Applications include:

Statfree® ESD Floor Finish |
|
Statguard® Static Dissipative Floor Finish is used to dissipate static charges as well as prevent triboelectric (static charge generation) charges while providing a clear, high gloss finish that resists wear. Statguard® Static Dissipative Floor Finish is a free-flowing liquid emulsion, which can be applied on any hard surface or sealed floor including vinyl, vinyl asbestos, linoleum, rubber, asphalt, sealed or painted wood, terrazzo and concrete.
Important Safety Feature
Safe Walking Surface Classified by UL as to slip resistance only, Statfree® and Statguard® provide superior electrical properties along with a safe walking surface. Underwriters Laboratory has evaluated Statfree® and Statguard® and tested them to their slip resistance standards. To ensure employee safety and to mitigate user’s liability exposure, it is important to use floor finish that has been successfully tested for slip resistance, and is properly applied and maintained |
Statguard® Conductive Acrylic Latex Paint |
Statguard® Conductive Acrylic Paint is a one-part floor coating formulated to produce controlled dissipation of static electrical charges. Statguard® Conductive Acrylic Paint is very effective as a static control floor coating for electronics manufacturing, assembly and storage areas.
Statguard® Conductive Acrylic Paint provides excellent static control and a uniformed base color on concrete and epoxy floors. Our ESD paint meets ANSI/ESD S20.20. |

Statguard® Conductive Epoxy |

Statguard® Conductive Epoxy is the only one coat, conductive floor coating in the market. It was specifically designed to deliver the benefits of epoxy durability and high gloss while eliminating the faulty performance that is common with 2 and 3 coat epoxy systems. Our system is different and only needs one coat, and can be touched up easily in the future. Our conductive one coat, high gloss epoxy is ideal for manufacturing flooring that wants to meet the S20.20 standard for ESD flooring while providing superior durability and gloss. Our formula yields a conductive surface that is easy to keep clean and brightens any area with its light grey color. When used in conjunction with Statguard floor finish it’s the only floor that meets BOTH requirements for a ESD safe floor. |
