Kindly help me in finding details about 'static collector'. How is it employed and how effective is it? I shall be obliged. - Anonymous, Lahore Cant., Pakistan

I am not sure what a "static collector" is? Any material can be considered a static collector if it is not properly grounded or ionized. We do have a field meter and a Static Surveyor which will collect data on a surface that has an abundance of charge imbalance.
