The equipment is not easily moved to an ESD controlled area and therefore usually serviced where it is used. We recommend to follow the following precautions when working in the "Field Service" environment. When handling ESD sensitive components remove power from euqipment (if not necessary) for safety ground all conductors (equipment chassis, field service mat, field service technician, etc.)
