Question
What should I look for or be concerned about in a drag chain? - Anonymous, Newark, NY
Answer
Main things to be concerned about for drag chains: drag chains don’t easily break, drag chains won’t get caught up in the wheels or stepped on (position in center bottom of cart), drag chains won’t loop around a fixed item in the floor and catch (this is solved by attaching only one end of the chain to the cart as opposed to both ends), drag chains will easily attach to the cart, and drag chains should cover 12 to 18 inches of floor, this will solve all of these problems.
