Question
In your data sheet here you presented that the effectively is 3" to 72 ". What is this in reference to? Does this imply that I can cover an area that is up to 72 inches from the bar or does it mean that the bar can be from 3" long to 72" long? If this implies the bar length, then how far away can the bar be from an object and still supply effective static control. - Anonymous, Charleston, SC
Answer
Yes, these are the custom lengths available for the ion bars, from 3" to 72". Optimal separation from source to target is 1 inch. The maximum separation allowed is 6 inches, but you loose performance as you increase separation from the optimal.
