I’m sorry to say that that book is out of print. You can try the ESD Association at: http://esda.org/as they may have more information about that publication. Also, make sure you get a copy of the ANSI/ESD S20.20-1999 free of charge from: http://esda.org/pdf_files/s2020std.pdf They also have several books and other related publications: http://esda.org/publications.html
