Question
Same monitor application - Does a larger field get emitted when it is first turned on? Is there a benefit to spraying with an topical antistat each time before the monitor gets turned on as opposed to just after? -Anonymous
Answer
Not sure, but I know it takes time to charge it up, but once charged, the charge can remain on the screen for a long time. Best advice is to ground the monitor screen first then apply a topical antistatic treatment before cutting on the monitor.
