I need in urgently this item; please will appreciate to send the price and weight and delivery time L.A.B., México City I am looking for a equipment to test dielectric in footwear or shoes. This test can make with a conductivity tester that is designed to determine the electrical resistance of footwear outsoles. The meter need produce 15,000 Volts in the footwear how smallest amount. The Range is for 15,000 Volts. If you have a tester with most range it is perfect? I don´t have the name or model. Please send the information the most fast. It is very important for me. Sorry, but we do not have high voltage equipment. Suggest a high-voltage power supply company like Spellman.
